Deepnote workspaces provide flexible layers of organization to your team's projects.
Getting Started with Workspaces
Within a workspace, you have the freedom to organize projects as you see fit. Integrations, notebooks, and other assets are shared among users in a workspace. They are perfect for organizing your teams and classrooms in a way that reflects how you operate.

Intro to Deepnote Workspaces
Search, integrations, and settings
The left sidebar allows you to switch between workspaces as well as access the projects within them. Here's a few of the things you can do in a workspace from the left sidebar.
- Search. Use the search bar to search across all your projects within the selected workspace.
- Integrations. This is where you can choose to connect to one of our many integrations as well as edit the integrations you've already connected.
- Settings & Members. Here you will find settings to control members of your workspace as well as other workspace, project and billing settings.
- Projects (under Workspace). This is where you store, create, and organize all your workspace projects. Projects (and the folders that contain them) can be renamed, dragged and dropped, and arbitrarily nested as shown below. In this section, you can also view private projects (that only you can see) and projects that have been shared with you.
Team & personal workspaces
Every Deepnote account will have a default personal workspace that is only visible to the user who created the account. However, you will likely be creating team workspaces that allow you to seamlessly collaborate with others.
